     Medical notebook was a concept the came to founder Lavourn Mensah after her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007.  The idea that she had visited many doctors and had to keep tract of appointments as well as remember what the prognosis was from different specialist was overwelliming.  She thought to her self and said there is a definite need for someone to come up with a system to make the coos.
